Had a lovely weekend in the picturesque hill town. the rooms had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. the food spread was delicious with a good variety to choose from. the location was great as it was close to many popular attractions and also offered stunning views of the surroundings.
The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better. the hotel was located quite far from the city center and required taking a bus or tuk-tuk to get there, which proved to be a bit inconvenient.

I had a wonderful time at this luxurious hotel. The location and view were absolutely stunning, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rooms were beautifully appointed with high-quality furniture and fittings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the spacious bathroom with its working showers was a delight. The hotel staff, especially Tharindu, the room boy, and Sanath, the chef. The amenities provided, such as the tea and coffee supplies, bath linen, and bathroom amenities, were of top-notch quality. The hotel also offered excellent connectivity with strong Wi-Fi and Peo TV, making my life very easy during my stay.
I had a delightful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to my friends. The hotel management needs to address a few issues to enhance their guests' experience and maintain their reputation.

The hotel is situated a bit away from the downtown area, but this turned out to be a plus as the location was very peaceful and quiet. The rooms were well decorated and furnished. The staff members were courteous and accommodating. , the food offered at the hotel restaurant was quite tasty.
The hotel needs to improve their pest control, as there were quite a lot of mosquitoes and flies in the room and dining area. the hotel could do better in terms of room maintenance and cleanliness.
